REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
This tool cannot be used effectively without prior knowledge of the VSME standard.
At a minimum, users must have read and understood the VSME standard as published by EFRAG and have sufficient understanding to correctly assess, select, and interpret required disclosures.
It is strongly recommended to create an account for the EFRAG Knowledge Hub in order to access their interactive VSME texts and guidance, which are essential for proper use of this tool.

PURPOSE AND LIMITATIONS
This is version 3 of the tool. Its primary purpose is to help organizations start with VSME reporting in a low-threshold way and to provide a calm, structured, and flexible Excel-based environment.

Because the tool is built in Excel, it offers advantages such as:

– Flexible integrations and linking possibilities
– Compatibility with various internal reporting and analysis workflows
However, the tool does not guarantee compliance, completeness, or regulatory acceptance. All responsibility for the correct interpretation and use of outputs remains with the user.
